ANEM ASSEMBLY SESSION HELD
ANEM Assembly session was held today in Belgrade. At the session, the Association's new legal documents were adopted - new Statute and the Annex to the Contract on Foundation, as well as all the reports on the work and functioning of the Associations between the two sessions of the Assembly.
The session was attended by 23 full members of the Association, who unanimously adopted both new legal documents and all reports.
By the adoption of new documents, the Association fulfilled conditions for harmonization of its work with the new Law on Business Companies and the Law on Associations.
New documents are available to all ANEM members on internal network Intranet.
