Attacker on journalist punished

Aleksandrovac, June 8, 2011 (Blic) - The Court of Misdemeanors in Krusevac sentenced Mile Dzopalic from Aleksandrovac to a fine in the amount of 5,000 dinars because of a physical attack on journalist Gvozden Zdravic, a correspondent for Blic daily newspaper. The attack occurred on September 26 last year during the commercial-tourist event "Zupska Berba" in Aleksandrovac and was strongly condemned by the Journalists' Association of Serbia, the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia and the Southeast Europe Media Organization (SEEMO).
