BUSINESSMAN ACCUSED OF MURDER OF JOURNALIST

Belgrade, August 30, 2013 (Blic) - A businessperson allegedly involved in privatization of the cement factory in Paracin has been the most suspected of having ordered the murder Milan Panic (47), journalist who was investigating and reporting about it, the daily Blic reports.

This executive was in a group of people who was bothered with Pantic's articles about the factory privatization published back in May 2000, almost two years before the privatization had even been carried out.

However, Security Intelligence Agency (BIA) and Criminal Police Directorate do not have identical views of the investigation of journalist's murder. BIA agents who had helped with collecting facts from the intercepted communication believe that there are enough evidence to end the investigation, while CPD want more proof.
