JAS (UNS) DEMANDED URGENT REACTION OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

Belgrade, 27.10.2010 (Pravda) - The Journalists Association of Serbia has demanded an urgent reaction of the Prosecutor's Office in Smedevo over physical assault on journalists near the night club "Nina", whose owner Ljubisa Vasic had been arrested together with eight girls on suspicion of organizing prostitution in that club.

The reporters of the daily Kurir were physically assaulted by Rajko and Jagoda Jackovic, the parents of Vasic's wife, because they had attempted to investigate the affair.
