COUNCIL’S REPORT ON NOVOSTI NEXT WEEK

Belgrade, February 5, 2011. (Danas) - In the course of next week, the Anti-corruption Council will publish a report on privatization of company "Novosti", announced yesterday the President of the Council Verica Barac. "The report will show that there were numerous irregularities in the procedure in the sale of company "Novosti" shares, with awareness of the institutions that were obliged to protect the interest of the state as the one of the owners of the company", said Barac for Beta news agency. According to her, the Council will request the Government of Serbia to reconsider the privatization of company "Novosti".
