Belgrade, August 13, 2011 (Danas) - Pre-election campaign for the forthcoming parliamentary elections is slowly gaining pace, and political parties in Serbia will use internet as one of the more popular means to win voters. Penetration of the internet in Serbia is quite considerable and is growing each day. "Around 45 percent of the population uses the web regularly or occasionally.
