Branko Vojicic Acquitted
PODGORICA, October 16, 2002 – The editor-in-chief of the weekly Monitor, Branko Vojicic, has been acquitted of libel charges. RTS journalist Mila Stula recently filed libel charges against him. Stula sued Vojicic because he wrote, in the article “Television blackout in Dan” that she had disseminated hatred, fear and national intolerance over the past ten years, and claimed that Stula’s work had produced many victims. The court dismissed the charges.
