Editorial Responsibility to Managers
PODGORICA, November, 14, 2002 – Business managers in Montenegro’s state media network will be responsible for editorial policy following the network’s transformation into a public service, Deputy Information Minister Abazs Dzafic announced yesterday. There would no longer be editors-in-chief in Radio Television Montenegro, said Dzafic, “because Europe does not know about this position”.
