“Velimir Ilic Verbally Assaulted Me”
CACAK, January 13, 2002- A Television Cacak journalist and member of the Cacak Social Democratic Party, Mirjana Djokovic, was verbally assaulted on Saturday by New Serbia leader Velimir Ilic. This is not the first time Ilic has insulted a journalist from the station. Djokovic claims that she had not done anything to provoke the Cacak mayor. Velimir Ilic rebutted Mirjana Djokovic’s claims. He media that “I do not know who this lady is and I’ve never heard of her before. He added that he had not even known that the Social Democratic Party existed in Cacak.
