Kikindske Novine Verdict Upheld
KIKINDA, February 5, 2003 – The Zrenjanin Court has upheld the ruling of Smilja Radin-Saric, judge of the Kikinda municipal court, who found the editor of the paper Kikindske Zeljko Bodrozic guilty of insulting the director of A. D. "Toza Markovic" Dmitar Segrt. Bodrozic has to pay a fine and court expenses amounting 32 thousand dinars, and he won’t be receiving half of his monthly salary. This has to do with this article “Born for reforms” published in the paper Kikindske on January 9, 2002.
