Kudos to Milivojevic from media union

BELGRADE, 6 June, 2003 – Nezavisnost, the branch media labour union, has publicly commended Snjezana Milivojevic for being the only member of the Serbian Broadcast Agency Council to quit her post in protest over violations of the law on its formation. A statement issued by the union insists: "Had she stayed in the Council, Snjezana Milivojevic would have been one ninth of a body, a third of which is illegal; and the others who were elected in line with the Broadcast Act fail to see anything wrong in this”.
