Radosavljevic libel suit continues
NOVI SAD, 7 May, 2003 – The latest hearing of the libel suit filed by Dusko Radosavljevic against Danas journalist Marija Males was held before a court council of the Novi Sad Municipal Court yesterday. Judge Danijela Kozomora presided over the lawsuit. Radosavljevic, deputy head of the Vojvodina Executive Council, is suing Males for publishing purported slanderous and insulting comments in an article entitled “Everyone against everyone, everyone with Djindjic”, published in Danas on 25-26 May last year. Plaintiff Radosavljevic is demanding that Males pay 400,000 dinars for mental anguish sustained.
