VAC acquires majority of Dnevnik
NOVI SAD, September 10, 2003 – Under an agreement reached between the Vojvodina Executive Council and Dnevnik Holdings, Novi Sad daily Dnevnik is to found a joint company with German media company VAC as its strategic partner. Through this collaboration, said the company, the daily should gain in quality and operate successfully without the burden of debt, said participants in the meeting.
