Djukanovic sues Dan again

PODGORICA, September 19, 2003 – Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic has announced plans to sue the editor in chief of Podgorica daily Dan and the author of an article published on Thursday under the headline “No justice for Moldovan woman while Djukanovic at the helm”. The Montenegrin Government Web site meanwhile carries the information that Djukanovic will not publicly respond to or comment on “insinuations by the leaders of some marginal political parties before the report of the OSCE and Council of Europe expert group is published.
