Zepter owner claims “mental anguish”

NOVI SAD, December 2, 2003 – The owner of the Zepter Company has brought a lawsuit against Otpor member Bora Lazukic and Novi Sad daily Dnevnik for “mental anguish” caused by a statement issued by Lazukic and published in Dnevnik. According to the charges, On October 14, Dnevnik published a statement by Lazukic in which he questioned the legality of several banks, including Zepter. Filip Cepter is seeking compensation amounting to 2 million dinars, to be split between Lazukic and the newspaper.
