Legija thugs attack B92 reporter
BELGRADE, May 2, 2004 -- B92 television reporter Masan Lekic was attacked by two men tonight while reporting the arrest of Milorad “Legija” Lukovic, the alleged mastermind of the Djindjic assassination. Lekic says his attackers were probably members of Lukovic’s security. As he reported the arrest from about 250 metres from Lukovic’s house, they approached and asked who he worked for. “When I said I was reporting for B92 they took my video-camera and smashed it on the ground, and took the tape with them,” said Lekic.
