CROWDED LISTS FOR RBA COUNCIL

Belgrade, November 18, 2009 (Dnevnik) - The Serbian Parliament's Culture and Information Committee has decided to return the list of candidates for the RBA Council to journalist associations, which now have 15 days to submit the new list with two candidates to the Parliament.  Namely, associations of journalists, composers, film and dramaturge artists nominated 5 candidates: NUNS, NDNV, ANEM and APRES nominated Gordana Susa, UNS nominated Branko Zujovic The list further contains names of Bozidar Zecevic, dramaturge, Srboljub Bozinovic, film director and Dragomir Brajkovic, novelist. Members of the Parliament will be able to choose between Goran Karadzic and Velimir Kostadinov, candidates of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, between Bichop of Jegar Porfirije Peric and Vladan Tatalovic, representatives of tradicional churches and religious communites, and Conference of the Universities candidates Natasa Gospic and Svetozar Stojanovic.
