LESSER AMOUNT OF OFFENSES

Republic Broadcasting Agency shall submit monthly reports against broadcasters who have violated the Advertising Law.

Belgrade, May 12, 2010 (Danas) - Charges against broadcasters who have violated the Advertising Law have been submitted successively each month since the beginning of this year, but the number of violations decreased significantly compared to January, said to daily Danas Srboljub Bogdanovic, a spokesman of the Republic Broadcasting Agency (RBA). Unlike the first charges that were filed only against the national TV broadcasters, Bogdanovic said that in the meantime, the RBA had begun to file applications against radio broadcasters with national frequency.
