SABIC: CHARGES AGAINST MINISTERS

Belgrade, November 30, 2010 (Press) - The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Rodoljub Sabic announced that he had sent warnings and filed many charges against ministers due to their failure to comply with obligations of the Law on Personal Data Protection in more than half of the Serbian ministries. Warnings and charges are referring to the ministries of finance, health, trade and services, environment and urban planning, agriculture, energy and infrastructure, science, education, youth and sport, telecommunications, defense, labor and social policy and culture.
