PROGRAM HARMFUL TO MINORS TO BE SHOWN ONLY AFTER MIDNIGHT

Belgrade, April 1, 2011 (Danas) - The program whose content is categorized as one that could harm minors' mental, physical or moral development and which is to be labeled with "18", could be broadcast only between midnight and six a.m., as it is stated in the General Binding Instructions on the Conduct of Broadcasters issued by the Republic Broadcasting Agency (RBA).  

In addition, just before broadcasting of such programs, broadcasters are obliged to broadcast a written and an oral message: "This program is not suitable for persons under the age of 18". Also, while such a content is broadcast, a graphic sign containing a red circle with number 18 must be visible on screen all the time.
