REPORT ON MONITORING BROADCASTERS PUBLISHED

Belgrade, 25.02.2014 (Tanjug , RTV) - In the first fifteen days of the election campaign, in the overall election program the most represented was the election list ''Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" , followed by the election list ''With Democratic Party , for a Democratic Serbia", and the third place is held by the election list "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV -Zs , VMDK , ZV, DLR", the Republic Broadcasting Agency (RBA) report on the supervision of broadcasters cites.

The election list ''Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" had 24.67 percent of the time in pre-election programs, the coalition " With the Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia" has 21.08 percent, and the third election list "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK , ZV, DLR" has 17.43 percent, according to the RBA statistics on pre-election programs form 29 January to 12 February.

Other election lists had, individually, less than 10 percent ("Cedomir Jovanovic - Liberal Democratic Party " - 9.31 percent, " Democratic Party of Serbia - Vojislav Kostunica " - 8.76 percent) ...

In the first fifteen days of the campaign, pre-election (media) content was broadcast only in regular news programs, and there were no broadcasts of election commercials and paid programs, or special shows, the RBA report cites.

The biggest share of pre-election program, according to the statistics, was broadcast on TV B92 (26.77 percent) and RTV 1 (23.08 percent); somewhat less on TV Pink (18.65 percent ) and RTS 1 (2.80 percent) , while other broadcasters , individually, had less than 10 percent of such programs.

According to the RBA Report, looking at individual broadcasters, the election list "Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe," was the most represented list on RTS 1 , RTS 2 , RTV 1, RTV 2, TV Pink and TV B92; the election list "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK, ZZV, DLR" on TV Prva, and the election list "With Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia " on TV Happy.

In daytime news programs (news and central news) on all television stations the most represented was the election list ''Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" (22.71 percent), RBA said.

The second is the election list ''With Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia" (17.62 percent), followed by the election list "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK , ZZV , DLR" (16.55 percent). Other election lists were represented with less than 10 percent ("Cedomir Jovanovic - Liberal Democratic Party" - 9.84 percent, "Democratic Party of Serbia - Vojislav Kostunica" - 9.25 percent)...

Viewed individually by broadcasters, in daytime news broadcasts the electoral list ''Aleksandar Vucic - a Future in Which We Believe" was the most represented on RTV 1 , RTV Pink, B92, TV Prva, and Happy TV, and the list "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK , ZZV , DLR" on RTS1 and RTV 2.

In the central news program on all television stations the most represented was the election list ''Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" (22.79 percent).

The second is the election list "With Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia" (17.05 percent), and the third is "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK , ZZV , DLR" (14.24 percent).

These are followed by the election lists " Ivica Dacic - SPS - PUPS - JS " ( 10.63 percent) and " Cedomir Jovanovic - Liberal Democratic Party " (10.36 percent). Other election lists were represented with less than 10 percent individually.

Viewed individually by broadcasters, in the prime time news program the election list "Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" was the most represented on RTS 1 , RTV Pink , B92, TV Prva and Happy TV, and the election list ''With Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia" on RTV 1.

In regular program covering the elections on all television stations the most represented was the coalition ''With Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia" (28.07 percent). The second is the election list ''Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" (23.17 percent), and the third is "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK , ZZV , DLR" (20.17 percent).

In regular program about the elections other electoral lists were represented with less than 10 percent individually.

Viewed individually by broadcaster, in regular news programs, the election list ''With Democratic Party, for a Democratic Serbia" was the most represented on RTS 1 (along with election lists ''Ivica Dacic - SPS - PUPS - JS" and "Aleksandar Vucic - a Future in Which We Believe" ), on RTV 1 and Happy TV. The election list "Aleksandar Vucic - Future in Which We Believe" was the most represented on TV B92, and the election list "Boris Tadic - NDS - Ze - LSV - IPM , VMDK , ZZV , DLR" on TV Prva.
