The portal of the Association of Independent Electronic Media - ANEM processes your "personal data".
The ANEM portal is committed to strictly respecting the anonymity and privacy of its users.
User data is only available to the administrator of the ANEM portal, who is responsible for ensuring privacy protection. All user data is known to us solely because it is necessary for conducting our business.
In accordance with the law, the ANEM portal collects only essential, basic user data obtained during the use of the portal, such as email address and name, which are provided when signing up for the newsletter or in cases of correspondence with ANEM employees.
Email addresses provided on ANEM shall under no circumstances be disclosed to any third party.
ANEM cannot ensure the privacy of users only in cases of illegal activities and severe violations of portal rules.
The administrator of your personal data is ANEM, whose website or application you are using.
ANEM protects your data through encryption.
ANEM retains your data for one year.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, applicable from May 25, 2018), users have the following rights regarding the processing of personal data by us, including the processing of personal data:
– the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of it, as well as confirmation of its processing, – the right to request correction of data, – the right to deletion of data, – the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection, – the right to cease processing or restrict processing of data.
ANEM processes personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds: Consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before your withdrawal.

ANEM uses cookies:
