Marija Vranić and Snježana Ostojić, Rec Media journalists, were targeted through social networks. The online world was bombarded with threatening messages: Enes Radetinac, editor of the A1tv.net portal, Veran Matić, journalist and president of the media association ANEM, Darko Gligorijević, journalist of the Zoomer portal, Biljana Stepanović, editor of the magazine Nova ekonomija, Ivan Radak, editor of the Forbes media, Žarko Bogosavljević, editor of the Razglas News portal, Dragan Todorović, editor of the eStvarnost portal, Veselin Petrović, journalist and activist who runs the Palilula info and Wandering reporter, Željko Bodrožić, president of NUNS, Marko Vidojković, writer, columnist and co-author of the show "Good, Bad, Evil" and Nenad Kulačin, columnist and co-author of the show "Good, Bad, Evil", editorial office of Volim Zrenjanin portal and media N1.

The Association of Independent Electronic Media submitted a criminal complaint to the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad due to irregularities observed during the allocation of 6.6 million dinars in the competition for project co-financing of media content for the year 2026. The High Court in Belgrade rejected Vladimir Đukanović's claim that journalist Vuk Cvijić should pay him a total of 900,000.00 dinars as compensation for non-material damages due to the alleged violation of honor, reputation and presumption of innocence.
