"When we arrived in Ovčara, I knelt down. I did this discreetly; I didn’t want to make a copy of Willy Brandt out of it – nor did I want to playact. I received a call from President Vučić at that time, and he immediately told me that he supports and stands behind that gesture. However, I had to announce it to him in advance.
