The Smederevac stated to reporters that there had been "discussions, but no agreement" regarding the expansion of the monitoring list.

According to him, a majority was not achieved to make a decision.

The regulatory body began monitoring content in the election campaign on September 10, which will be conducted 24 hours a day for now over 11 television programs.

Among them are four programs from public services – the First and Second Programs of Radio-Television of Serbia and the First and Second Programs of Radio-Television of Vojvodina, as well as programs from national coverage television channels (Pink, Prva, B92, and Hepi) and cable channels N1, Nova S, and K1.

The monitoring is conducted according to the methodology adopted by the REM Council in 2023, which is why the list of monitored media does not include Informer, which was mentioned as a program that could potentially be on the expanded list, along with the television channels Insajder and Kurir.
