ALIA: TV N1 did not exploit the child who made a statement at the protest.
Due to the statement of a nine-year-old boy from the protest in Novi Sad, broadcasted on TV N1, a campaign was launched by all pro-regime media, while politicians in power took turns condemning the situation, similar to the reactions following the child's statement about students in the program "Important Issues" on RTS. The lawsuit against N1 has also reached regulators in Luxembourg, but ALIA concluded that N1's reporting did not violate the child's dignity, stating that "nothing in the content humiliates the child," and that he was "allowed to express himself with the consent of his parents."
