Alo and Informer have acquired Radio Television Majdanpek from Zaječar.

The company RTV Majdanpek was, until today, wholly owned by Goran Nikolić, and this year it has received 1,250,000 dinars in project co-financing for media content from previous competitions – 900,000 in Zaječar and 350,000 in Kladovo.

This is the tenth local media outlet purchased by the publishers Alo and Informer since the beginning of this year. As a reminder, since January, they have acquired Konzum Lav from Čačak, TV-5 Užice, RTV Bačka Palanka, Santos from Zrenjanin, Lotel Plus from Loznica, Televizija Kikinda, RTV Golija, and the Informative Center Priboj (TV Priboj).

Best Media Team, the company that oversees all these local publishers, has also established two subsidiaries through which it registered new local media in April – kolubaratv.rs through the company Miomedia from Mionica and macvatv.rs through the company Infomačva from Šabac.

This year, Alo Media System has also established the company OWP info under the activity code "web portals," in which Boško Milosavljević holds a 15 percent ownership stake, although its specific activities are currently unknown.

Best Media Team was officially registered on December 24 of last year and was initially owned by the company Alo Media System. The company is registered at Kosovska 26, Belgrade, which is also the headquarters of the parent company. The director of the company was initially Dragan Lazić, and is now Milutin Bukva. At the end of February, according to data from APR, Alo sold a 10 percent stake to the publisher of Informer, specifically to the company Insajder Tim.

Alo Media System, together with Bojan Avramović, also owns the company INI media, under which Niš TV operates, along with an unregistered television station and a registered portal of the same name.

The publishers of Alo and Informer, along with all their subsidiaries, have received nearly 100 million dinars in this year's completed media competitions.

As a reminder, Alo Media System acquired "Rock Radio" from Pink Media Group owned by Željko Mitrović towards the end of 2025, after which the existing employees at the radio station announced their resignations.
