Alo and Informer have acquired RTV Golija from Ivanjica and Televizija Kikinda.

RTV Golija doo is the publisher of the media outlet TV Golija, and until now, the owners of this local publication have been Jasminka Jovanović, Milan Jovanović, and Miloš Jovanović. The television station Kikinda, which has a registered internet portal and television, was sold to this company by Ivana Radojević.

This company, let us recall, acquired the Užice media outlets Televizija 5 and TV Lav Plus, TV Priboj, the portal valjevo5.rs, RTV Bačka Palanka, Lotel Plus from Loznica, and Santos television from Zrenjanin at the beginning of 2026.

The company Best Media Team was officially registered on December 24 of last year and was initially owned by Alo Media System. The company is located at Kosovska 26, Belgrade, which is also the address of the company that owns it. The director of the company is Dragan Lazić.

At the end of February, according to data from the Business Registers Agency (APR), Alo sold 10 percent of its ownership to the publisher of Informer, that is, to the company Insider Team.

This newly established company Aloa and Informer, as noted in the APR, has also registered two subsidiaries - Miomedia in Mionica on December 30 and Infomačva in Šabac on January 15, in which Dragan Mandić holds a 20 percent ownership stake; he is also the non-public owner of the media publisher Lotel Plus from Loznica.

Interestingly, the contact information listed in the APR for these two companies includes email addresses that contain the words TV Mačva and TV Kolubara, which does not exclude the possibility that they plan to register new local media under these names.
