Alo has purchased the local television station TV-5 Užice.
Television 5 from Užice changed ownership on January 14 of this year, after being acquired from the previous owner and chief editor Ilija Petronijević by Best Media Team from Belgrade, which is owned by Alo Media System, the publisher of the daily newspaper and portal Alo, according to data from the Agency for Business Registers (APR).
The company Best Media Team was officially registered on December 24 of last year, at Kosovska 26, Belgrade, where the headquarters of the owning company is located.
This local television station, which has been in operation since 1994, according to the database of the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM), received a total of 16,810,000 dinars for 12 projects in the media content co-financing competitions during 2025, ranking it 12th on the record holders list based on the highest amount of funding received in competitions.
The former owner of TV-5, Ilija Petronijević, is still listed in the Business Registers Agency as the owner of Radio San and the eponymous portal from that city.
As a reminder, the company Alo Media System purchased "Rock Radio" from Pink Media Group owned by Željko Mitrović at the end of 2025, after which the previous employees at the radio station announced that they had resigned.
