"Alo" has acquired both Lotel Plus and RTV Bačka Topola, while Vesti sa severa has established the portal "Moja Bačka Topola."

According to the ANEM database, in 2025, Lotel Plus received nearly five million dinars in project co-financing for media content, Santos approximately 5.4 million, and RTV Bačka Palanka 3.5 million.

As a reminder, Best Media Team has so far acquired several local media outlets - the Valjevo portal valjevo5.rs, Televizija 5, and TV Lav Plus, both from Užice, as well as TV Priboj.

The company Best Media Team was officially registered on December 24 of last year and is owned by Alo Media System. The company is located at Kosovska 26, Belgrade, which is also the headquarters of the owning company. The director of the company is Dragan Lazić.

This newly established company, Aloa, as stated in the APR, has also registered two subsidiaries - Miomedia in Mionica on December 30 and Infomačva in Šabac on January 15, in which Dragan Mandić holds 20 percent ownership; he is also the owner of the media publisher Lotel Plus from Loznica. Interestingly, the contact information for these two companies listed in the APR includes email addresses that contain the words TV Mačva and TV Kolubara, suggesting that they may plan to register new local media with these names.

On the other hand, "Vesti sa severa," founded by Danilo Babin, which established the portal "Moja Bačka Topola," also owns the radio and portal NS uživo, and the portal Vojvodina uživo, with the Documentary TV registered at the same address.

Documentary TV, which is available to users of Telekom Srbija's cable television, has been broadcasting its program since November of last year. However, it is not officially registered in the Media Register with the Business Registers Agency (APR), nor is it listed in the permits database of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media (REM), and it does not have the legally required Impressum on its website.

On this cable channel, among others, documentary series from the Center for Social Stability are aired, targeting and conducting campaigns against dissenters of the current government, which prominently features the name of the mentioned organization in both the opening and closing credits. The latest such production aired last week titled "Evil Era 2," which labeled Veran Matić, the president of the Board of the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) and a member of the Permanent Working Group for the Safety of Journalists.

The portal of Documentary TV only lists contact information, including the editorial office's address - Svetozara Miletića 28 in Novi Sad.

At the same address, the portal and radio station NS uživo are registered, which were the first to announce the launch of this television station in November. NS uživo is owned by Hashtag Digital Media Group from Novi Sad, which belongs to the "Vesti sa severa" owned by Danilo Babin. The same group also owns the portal Vojvodina uživo.

According to the ANEM database, Hashtag Digital Media Group received 4.5 million dinars for five projects in the 2025 project co-financing competitions for media content in Serbia, while Vesti sa severa received 3,715,000 dinars for the implementation of three projects on the same basis.
