ANEM ALARM: Death threats of rape directed at Nenad Kulačin and his wife, as well as Marko Vidojković.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the new explicit threats of rape directed at the hosts of the show "Good, Bad, Evil," Nenad Kulačin and his wife, as well as the show's author and writer, Marko Vidojković. The threats were posted on the social network X from the profile @TUCKOBUSICzett and contain disturbing allusions to sexual violence, along with a message stating that "Kulačin and his wife will be dealt with on October 26," the day after the parliamentary elections. ANEM has reported the threats to the Special Prosecutor's Office for High-Tech Crime, demanding that they urgently identify the individual behind them.

In ANEM's report to the prosecutor's office, it is stated that journalist Kulačin and his wife have been subjected to attacks and threats for years, and that the latest threat of sexual violence has caused them fear, as well as jeopardized their safety as defined by Article 138 of the Criminal Code of Serbia.
We demand that the prosecutor's office take all necessary measures to protect the journalist and his family, as well as to urgently prosecute the person responsible for the recent threats made on platform X. It should be noted that threats regarding the "day after the election" and sexual violence were also sent to Marko Vidojković from the same account.
We remind you that this is not an isolated incident, but rather a continuation of years of almost continuous intimidation of Marko Vidojković and Nenad Kulačin. Vidojković was forced to leave Serbia due to serious threats to his safety. Kulačin continues to live and work in the country despite ongoing threats that now directly concern his wife. We warn that it is essential for the competent authorities to react immediately, rather than only after the safety of the journalist and their family members is further endangered.
ANEM points out that there are grounds for investigating the elements of the criminal offense of endangering safety under Article 138 of the Criminal Code, while determining all circumstances and any potential other criminal acts. In recent months, we have repeatedly reported to the competent prosecutor's office threats directed at the two journalists via social media. The threats are repeated even under posts where ANEM alerts the public to their jeopardized situation, which further confirms the seriousness of the problem and the atmosphere of impunity.
