ANEM database: Who are the record holders for the number of project evaluation committees?
A total of 80 candidates participated in the committees based on 172 completed calls for project co-financing of media content in 2025, although the official list of candidates included a total of 169 names. According to an analysis by the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM), the independent expert Branimir Grulović participated in the majority of the committees, having evaluated projects in 65 calls from various governing bodies.

In second place is also independent expert Branislav Sančanin, who has so far participated in 52 commissions, followed by Miodrag Miljković, a candidate from the Center for Media Culture and Education, with 32 commissions.
Next is Slavoljub Ristić representing the Professional Association of Journalists of Serbia (PROUNS) with participation in 26 commissions, Miloš Rajković on behalf of the Association of Radio Stations "RAB Serbia," and Dragana Stefanović representing the Federation of Associations "Association of Radio and Television of Serbia," each with 22 commissions, followed by Miodrag Popov as a candidate of PROUNS with 17.
The Association of Sports Journalists of Serbia proposed Aleksandar Simić, who has been a member of 15 commissions, while Sandra Iršević representing the Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) has participated in 12, the same as Biljana Ratković Njegovan representing the Society of Journalists of Vojvodina. Independent candidate Tatjana Ćitić participated in 11, and Dijana Čolaković Filipović as a candidate of the Media Community of Serbia and Jelena Dopuđ on behalf of the Society of Journalists of Vojvodina each participated in 10 commissions.

When observing by the associations that proposed candidates, first place goes to PROUNS, whose six candidates have participated in 61 commissions so far, followed by the Society of Journalists of Vojvodina with eight candidates in 54 commissions, the Association of Radio and Television of Serbia with seven candidates in 45 commissions, UNS with eight in 43, and the Center for Media Culture and Education with three candidates in 41 commissions.
Independent experts, specifically 27 of them, were members of commissions 192 times.
Let us remind you that commissions have not yet been appointed in Gadžin Han, Vrbas, Bujanovac for the repeated competition currently underway, Novi Sad for the second competition that is ongoing, and in Surdulica where the competition for 2025 has not yet even been announced.
