ANN: Change of Legal Representative N1 within the New Management System
The Agency for Business Registers has made a change to the legal representative of N1, as part of the implementation of a unified corporate governance system within the Adria News Network (ANN).
Brent Sadler, the Executive Director of ANN's news program, and Wouter van Houwelingen, the Senior Corporate Representative of Adria News Network, have been registered as legal representatives, replacing the previous structure with a single signatory.
“The introduction of a unified governance framework within ANN includes such administrative changes. These changes pertain exclusively to corporate governance, legal representation, and financial oversight. They do not affect the editorial structure, decision-making processes, work processes, or lines of reporting,” stated Sadler.
Members of Adria News Network have already been registered as legal representatives in other entities within the group as part of the same management alignment process.
Adria News Network was established on February 19 under Adria News S.à r.l., and it consolidates 14 leading television, digital, and print media outlets in the region. This change is part of a broader effort to standardize governance structures within the network.
