Four new portals: Alo and Informer continue to expand their network of local media.

According to data from the Business Registers Agency (APR), three new portals have been established that are not yet operational – **pribojtv.rs** through the company Informativni centar Priboj, **kolubaratv.rs** through the company Miomedia (Mionica), and **macvatv.rs** through the company Infomačva (Šabac). All three companies are owned by Best Media Team, which is jointly held by Alo and Informer, specifically their publishers Alo Media System and Insajder Tim.

They recently acquired the company TV-5 Užice, through which they have officially registered the existing portal of that television station as a separate internet media outlet – **tv5.rs**.

After purchasing several existing local media outlets since the beginning of the year, the subsidiary of the tabloids Alo and Informer, Best Media Team, has also established two entirely new companies, Miomedia and Infomačva, which are now the publishers of two newly registered media outlets.

Alo Media System has recently established, according to data from APR, the company OWP info under the business code "web portals," in which 15 percent ownership is held by Boško Milosavljević, and it is currently unknown what its activities will be.

To remind, since the beginning of the year, the subsidiary of the publishers of the tabloids Alo and Informer, Best Media Team, has purchased nine local media outlets, including RTV Golija from Ivanjica, Televizija Kikinda, Televizija 5 from Užice, TV Lav Plus, TV Priboj, the portal valjevo5.rs, RTV Bačka Palanka, Lotel Plus from Loznica, and Santos television from Zrenjanin.

Best Media Team was officially registered on December 24 of last year and was initially owned by the company Alo Media System. The company is registered at Kosovska 26, Belgrade, where the headquarters of the owning company is located. The director of the company is Dragan Lazić. At the end of February, according to data in APR, Alo sold a 10 percent stake to the publisher of Informer, namely the company Insajder Tim.

This newly established company of Alo and Informer, as stated in APR, has also registered two subsidiaries - Miomedia in Mionica on December 30 and Infomačva in Šabac on January 15, in which Dragan Mandić holds a 20 percent ownership stake, who is also a former owner of the media publisher Lotel Plus from Loznica.

Alo Media System, together with Bojan Avramović, also owns the company INI media, under which Niš TV operates, an unregistered television station, and the similarly named registered portal. The portal of this television station received 16 million dinars last year in competitions for project co-financing of media content in Niš, even though it was only registered on August 28.

To remind, Alo Media System purchased "Rock Radio" from the Pink Media Group owned by Željko Mitrović at the end of 2025, after which the existing employees at the radio station announced that they had resigned.
