B92 Fund, ANEM, and SFF: Support for the First Niš Gymnasium "Stevan Sremac"
The B92 Fund, the Association of Independent Electronic Media, and the Serbian Philanthropic Forum stand in solidarity with the unwavering collective of the First Niš Gymnasium "Stevan Sremac" in the battle to preserve the school's reputation and dignity.

Students, teachers, and parents of "Sremac" are an example of heroic resistance against the collapse of education, the abolishment of civilizational values, and the humiliation of those who advocate for them.
We remind you of the words of the expert jury in the justification for this year's "Olivera Ranđić" award, which was symbolically awarded to this school and the "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" and Fifth Belgrade Gymnasiums in November, as the most prominent representatives of "all the brave collectives of rebellious high schools in Serbia for their contribution to education in critical thinking, social order, civic activism, and the rule of law."
The First Niš Gymnasium "Stevan Sremac" and its Children and People have been showing us for a year how to lead "a persistent and consistent struggle of defiant school communities against the statist violence over education," and for that, they deserve all the support from all free-thinking citizens of our wonderful country.
"Sremci," we stand with you, towards freedom!
