Both Željko Hubač and Ivan Lalić have withdrawn from the election for REM.
The Association of Dramatic Artists of Serbia has announced that it is withdrawing from the further procedure for the selection of members of the Council of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media, supporting the decision of its members, Željko Hubač and Ivan Lalić, to withdraw their candidacies due to a lack of transparency and numerous irregularities in the election process.

We respect the personal and professional integrity of our members, which guided us in nominating them for members of the REM Council, and we consider this decision an expression of responsibility and respect for the public interest, the statement reads.
As a reminder, the Secretariat of the Committee for Culture and Information of the National Assembly of Serbia has officially invited all authorized proposers within the nine groupings to meetings that will be held on June 13 and June 16 to determine proposals for candidates for members of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) Council.
Earlier in the day, Gorica Popović and Mladen Matičević withdrew their candidacies.
