IN Media: Fundraising Campaign for SLAPP Lawsuits with Samizdat Books
IN Media is launching a fundraising campaign for legal costs incurred in SLAPP proceedings, and donors who contribute 1,000 dinars will receive books from the publishing house Samizdat.

As part of the fundraising campaign for the costs of legal proceedings and SLAPP lawsuits that IN Medija is facing, the editorial team is launching a symbolic thank-you campaign in which donors will receive books from the publishing house Samizdat.
For donations of 1,000 dinars or more, donors will receive one of the books from the donation that arrived at the editorial office as a token of gratitude. The books are part of the Samizdat publishing fund and cover social, political, and media topics.
The books were donated by Veran Matić, a journalist and president of ANEM.
IN Medija has received its fourth SLAPP judgment, under which it is required to pay a total of 314,850 dinars – 100,000 dinars for each of the two children as compensation to the plaintiff Dragana Drašković, as well as 114,850 dinars for legal costs to attorney Vladimir Ališić.
So far, IN Medija has paid a total of 494,150 dinars for three judgments.
Of this amount, 194,150 dinars were paid to attorney Vladimir Ališić for legal costs, while 100,000 dinars each were paid to the parents – Jelena Dejanović from Inđija, Rajko Radić from Putinci, and Katarina Bojić – as compensation.
The fourth judgment pertains to the lawsuit filed by Dragana Drašković for the two children. The court ruled that IN Medija must pay 100,000 dinars for each child, while attorney Vladimir Ališić is entitled to 114,850 dinars for legal costs.
The judgment was delivered to IN Medija 24 hours after the promotion of Marko Vidojković's book "Četres prva," held at Trg Slobode in Inđija, marking the anniversary of the media outlet, a decade of prohibition on promoting books by this author, and a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for SLAPP defense.
It is worth mentioning that the parents sued IN Medija due to an article about the honey for potency "Fruškogorski Skočko – joy in the home," which was awarded to young athletes as a prize for their achievements.
