Informer has become a co-owner of the subsidiary Aloa, which is acquiring local media outlets about Serbia.
The company Best Media Team, which has acquired several local media outlets in Serbia since the beginning of the year, was wholly owned by Alo Media System, the publisher of the tabloid Alo. However, starting today, it is co-owned with the publisher of Informer, namely the company Insajder Tim.
Today, the Agency for Business Registers (APR) recorded a change in ownership, according to which the owners of the company Best Media Team are now Alo Media System with 90 percent and Insajder Tim with 10 percent.
This company, as a reminder, purchased the Užice media outlets Television 5 and TV Lav Plus, TV Priboj, the portal valjevo5.rs, RTV Bačka Palanka, Lotel Plus from Loznica, and Santos Television from Zrenjanin at the beginning of 2026.
Best Media Team was officially registered on December 24 of last year and was initially owned by the company Alo Media System. The company is located at Kosovska 26, Belgrade, which is also the headquarters of the owning company. The director of the company is Dragan Lazić.
This newly established company, Alo, as stated in the APR, has also registered two subsidiaries - Miomedija in Mionica on December 30 and Infomačva in Šabac on January 15, in which Dragan Mandić holds a 20 percent stake; he is also the owner of the media publisher Lotel Plus from Loznica.
Interestingly, the contact information listed with the APR for these two companies includes email addresses containing the words TV Mačva and TV Kolubara, which does not rule out the possibility that they plan to register new local media with these names.
