Manja Grčić has stepped down from her director positions in her three companies.

As a reminder, Manja Grčić was appointed as the director of RTS on February 11, and to date, she has been the director of three other companies that are owned by her.

According to the current data in the Business Registers Agency (APR), Grčić is still listed as a co-owner of the company Minacord Media, holding a 20 percent stake, while 80 percent is owned by Željko Joksimović. This company is the publisher of the cable television K1.

Indirectly, she remains a co-owner of the company Tačno, which owns the agency and television Tanjug. The owners of this company are, in fact, Radiotelevizija Pančevo with 60 percent and Minacord Media with 40 percent.

Manja Grčić also holds a 50 percent stake in the marketing agency Majo Public, which she shares with Jovana Joksimović.

The new directors of these three companies are Jovana Joksimović at Tačno, Jasmina Bojović at Minacord Media, and Jelica Lepori at Majo Public, while changes in the ownership structure have not yet been officially registered.
