Miloš Milić has left Euronews Serbia and is joining Fonet as the new author of the program "Kvaka23."

Milić cites that the reason for leaving Euronews Serbia is that this television station has not been what it once was when he joined.

“Euronews Serbia no longer adheres to the principles on which we were founded four and a half years ago. In the meantime, many of my colleagues have left that newsroom, either being laid off or realizing that they shouldn't be there. I did not part ways with Euronews Serbia on bad terms, but I believe my place is no longer there,” Milić added.

He stated that his collaboration with Fonet began when they contacted him this autumn with the idea for him to host the show Kvaka 23, which Zoran Sekulić had previously hosted during his lifetime.

“It is a great honor for me, and I need to ‘step into Zoran's shoes.’ I hope I will be able to do that, and I am certainly looking forward to the new job,” Milić added.

He also mentioned plans for a YouTube project that will involve the application of artificial intelligence (AI), which he also dealt with in the shows Euronews Center and Prompt of the Week.

To remind, Milić analyzed news in the online sphere within these shows, with a special focus on the development of AI tools and the challenges in their application.
