The socialist and president of the City Assembly of Niš, Igor Novaković, insulted a journalist on assignment with an inappropriate gesture, which is unacceptable for an official.

The local branch of Kreni-promeni from Niš has issued a statement, demanding disciplinary action and an immediate response from the relevant authorities.
