A hearing was held regarding the lawsuit filed by Aleksandar Šapić against Nenad Kulačin and Marko Vidojković.
Today, Nenad Kulačin and Marko Vidojković provided statements at the Third Basic Court in Belgrade in the civil proceedings initiated against them by the Mayor of Belgrade, Aleksandar Šapić, for defamation. Šapić is seeking compensation for non-material damages in the amount of 1.1 million dinars due to alleged insults made against him during several episodes of "Good, Bad, Evil" in 2021.

Nenad Kulačin stated that he has known Šapić for some time as he was a guest on the aforementioned show.
“At that time, he said he would spit on himself if he collaborated with people from the SNS, and the reason for the controversial statement was the emergence of the idea in public that he could become a member of the SNS. Marko invited him to guest again, and he then said he would rip my heart out if he saw me on the street,” Kulačin said.
He added that Šapić expressed the same sentiment when he appeared on Pink television and that he perceived it as a threat.
Kulačin confirmed that he made the controversial statements during the show "Good, Bad, Evil," but noted that the show has a satirical character and that Šapić, as a public official, is obliged to endure criticism.
Among the controversial statements made by Kulačin is a part of the show where he mentions an alleged incident in which Šapić ended up needing “stitching” at the emergency center after a conflict with Denis Šefik.
Marko Vidojković, who provided his testimony via the WhatsApp application due to being relocated abroad for an extended period due to security concerns, said he contacted Šapić intending to invite him to guest on the show again.
“Then chaos ensued because he said, ‘I’ll rip that Kulačin’s heart out for what he said about stitching d***s.’ I was taken aback because I assume it was about a fight between Šapić and Šefik. I defended my colleague, as the prosecutor was so furious that he would actually do it. And there was clearly a misunderstanding,” Vidojković stated.
He mentioned that Šapić subsequently appeared on Pink, where he repeated his threats, including against Vidojković, and accused them again of mentioning the alleged incident on the show.
“No one, especially Nenad and I, ever mentioned his d***; he imagined that,” Vidojković noted.
He added that threats followed, culminating in 2023 when he had to leave Serbia.
Vidojković and Kulačin emphasized that Šapić has filed a total of three lawsuits against them and that he himself stated in this proceeding that his honor and reputation were not harmed but that he wants to stop them from being the topic of their shows, which, they said, he has succeeded in.
Kulačin and Vidojković's attorney, Sara El Sarag, proposed that evidence in the form of the show aired on Pink television, where Šapić made controversial statements, be presented at the next hearing, which the court accepted.
