Pink sold "Rock Radio" to Alou, employees resigned.
The company Pink Media Group, owned by Željko Mitrović, has sold "Rock Radio" to Alo Media System, which publishes, among other things, the tabloid "Alo," according to a decision by the Business Registers Agency dated December 25 of this year. Employees at the radio station have announced that they have resigned.

The editorial team has been left by Katarina Popović Kale and Jovana Coka Stanković, and soon after, the rest of the team, including Nikola Kalinov and the entire production crew, followed suit, reports Nova.rs.
Rock Radio, one of the few media outlets in this region that has consistently nurtured rock 'n' roll culture, is now without the individuals who gave it identity and authenticity. The decisions to leave were not made quietly – Kale and Coka bid farewell to listeners with emotional messages on social media.
“Thank you for six years of genuine, crazy love that connected us through music and life, thank you for an entire world we created together as ordinary, yet extraordinary people around this refuge. There is no longer anything like it. Rock Radio family, both the closest and the broadest (for whom we were here) – THANK YOU for everything we experienced, bowing to you,” Kale wrote on her Instagram account.
Coka said goodbye with a video message in which she stated:
“Dear Rock Radio family… I’ve decided to sleep in a bit tomorrow morning. It was wonderful to raise this baby to its feet. I loved you. Bye.”
After a few days, Jovana Coka Stanković also released a more detailed message confirming that the entire team made the decision to leave the radio:
“Dear good people of true free spirit,
After several days of incredible support you have given to all of us you heard and saw on Rock Radio, and to those you haven’t seen but were direct creators of this story, I want to thank you for the first and last 10 years of Rock Radio as we know it. It will continue to be called that, I presume, but we no longer stand behind it. Each of us made our own decision. Starting from December 23, 2025.
Rock Radio reached its peak in listenership at a time and in a country where such success is not forgiven. It was punished by having to ‘pass’ into others’ hands. It passed into hands that entered our radio like an occupying corporate storm with a seemingly subtle hint that nothing would change, not expecting to talk to mice, but to people with attitude, for whom money was not the reason they were in this job. Because Rock Radio was never a job. And in that sense, it is no longer our story.
I still assert today that 10 years of such a radio with these people and this way of functioning, even though this is not its first sale, was a media incident, not just in Belgrade, but in the country, if not the region. We are proud of that fact.”
As a reminder, Pink Media Group, owned by Željko Mitrović, received permission from the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) in 2022 to acquire 100% of "Rock Radio". The previous owner was the company Master Media Mix.
