This trend of normalizing hate is spiraling into violence – from insults and inciting campaigns to physical attacks and frivolous lawsuits that drain newsrooms and individuals. In such an environment, journalists become targets, and the public is deprived of the right to accurate and timely information.

A shot at a journalist is not just a shot at a person, but also at freedom of speech. It is a shot at the truth. Endangering the safety of journalists is also an infringement on basic human rights, such as the right to timely, accurate, and objective information.

That is why Insajder Television is launching the program "PRESS – Don't Shoot," which focuses on issues important for the safety of journalists, as well as the realization of the public interest, which includes the professional work of the media.
