Results of the media competition: Millions for the selected, GMinfo and Takovske novine received only 100,000 each.
Public Interest in the Shadow: GMinfo and Takovske Novine Reduced to Symbolic Amounts. While 15 million dinars have been allocated from the budget this year for project co-financing of media content in Gornji Milanovac, local media that inform citizens on a daily basis – GMinfo and Takovske Novine – received a symbolic 100,000 each.
The Municipal Council of the municipality of Gornji Milanovac, at its 14th session held today, adopted the proposal of the expert Commission and issued a Decision on the allocation of municipal budget funds for the project co-financing of media content production in 2025. To achieve the public interest in the field of information within the territory of the municipality of Gornji Milanovac, 15 million dinars have been allocated in this year's budget.
The Commission was composed of Miodrag Popov, Aleksandar Simić, and Branislav Sančanin. Co-financing was proposed for 10 top-ranked projects out of 30 that achieved a minimum average score of 55, while the remaining projects were deemed insufficiently relevant to fulfill the purpose of the Competition, namely, the public interest in informing citizens in the territory of the municipality of Gornji Milanovac.
We remind you that the minimum amount that could be allocated to an individual media outlet was 100,000 dinars, while the maximum was 7.5 million dinars.
The Commission proposed, and the Municipal Council confirmed and adopted the proposal of the Decision according to which the highest amount of funds was allocated to the television broadcasting company “Televizija GM Plus Cable d.o.o. Gornji Milanovac/publisher TV GM+” in the amount of 7.5 million dinars.
“DOO ZOGAKS G. Milanovac/publisher Radio Stari Milanovac” received 1.7 million, while “Televizija GM PLUS CABLE d.o.o./publisher internet portal GMpress.rs” received 1.5 million.
The Association of Citizens Diversity is Not an Obstacle/publisher portal GMpress.rs will receive 1.5 million dinars. In total, 12,200,000 million dinars.

The content from “TV Telemark” from Čačak will be co-financed with 1 million dinars. The company for production, trade, and services, and export-import milanovački GOGY DOO, the media “GOGI RADIO”, will receive 600,000 dinars.
IN media net/Čačak news agency “RINA” has been supported with 600,000 dinars. Meanwhile, PD GZS DOO/internet portal “Glas zapadne Srbije” has been allocated 400,000 dinars.
The milanovački media “NIP Takovske novine” and GMinfo portal will each receive 100,000 dinars.
