The case of the Zoomer journalist: Will the state penalize journalists for reporting from a public event?

At the hearing in the case against Zoomer journalist Darko Gligorijević, a police officer was heard who signed the misdemeanor report claiming that Gligorijević "disturbed public order and peace by shouting and yelling." Gligorijević's defense proposed additional evidence to the court indicating that he was merely reporting as a journalist from the scene that evening.
