UNS: Punish the attackers of N1 cameraman Marjan Vučević.
The Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) condemns the attack on N1 Television cameraman Marjan Vučević, which occurred while he was filming an event in the village of Makovište near Kosjerić during the visit of the president of the Serbian Progressive Party, Miloš Vučević.

As Vučetić stated for UNS, a tent has been set up in front of the church in the village.
“I went inside to film, when I was first attacked from behind by one man, and then by several others. They started by cursing at me, and then they hit me in the back until I managed to get outside,” Vučetić said.
As he emphasized for UNS, he is now on his way to the Health Center, after which he will go to the police, which he has already notified by phone about the incident. None of those present reacted to the attack, not even Miloš Vučević.
UNS calls on the authorities to initiate proceedings against those responsible for the attack on N1 cameraman Marjan Vučetić.
UNS reminds that today in Novi Sad, photojournalist Gavrilo Andrić, who photographed the blockade of the court and prosecutor's office building in Novi Sad, was detained and then released.
UNS expresses concern over the increasing frequency of attacks on journalists, which jeopardize their safety, create an atmosphere of fear, and violate the public's right to be timely informed from as many sources as possible.
