Prohibition for the Center for Social Stability to use statements in films and videos that offend the dignity of independent journalists.
The Basic Court in Novi Sad has issued a ruling that approves a temporary measure, thereby prohibiting the Center for Social Stability from using statements in films and videos that insult the dignity of the media personalities engaged within United Media.

The lawsuit in this case was filed due to the production and broadcasting of the film "Evil Era," the further complete broadcasting of which, as stated in the interim measure, is prohibited.
The court notes that "it has been made probable that the defendant has exceeded the limits of freedom of expression and public criticism that journalists are obliged to endure," and that "without the imposition of an interim measure, irreparable damage will occur to the plaintiffs."
The interim ban remains in effect until the conclusion of the litigation initiated to protect the rights of journalists. The defendant has the right to appeal this decision.
The disputed film has previously been shown in its entirety on various national and cable television channels in the Republic of Serbia, including "Hype TV," "Kopernikus," "Hram," "Tanjug TV," "TV K1," "TV Prva," "TV Pink," "TV Happy," "TV B92," "TV Studio B," etc.
