Nearly 70 percent of media workers in the Pčinja District are taking on additional jobs to secure a monthly income sufficient for living, according to a study on the standards and situation of colleagues conducted in February this year by the portal Slobodna reč. One-third of currently employed colleagues earn less than the alarming amount of 60,000 dinars.
