UNS Database on Budget Co-financing of Media Content
The Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) has published a publicly searchable database and documents on budget co-financing of media content in Serbia at the local, provincial, and national levels.
The database can be easily searched, and it provides information on whether and when specific cities or municipalities announced a competition for co-financing media content, how much taxpayer money has been allocated for these purposes, to whom the money was granted, the composition of the committee that made decisions regarding the funds, and whether there were any irregularities in the process.
The data also includes competitions from the Ministry of Culture and Information and the Provincial Secretariat for Culture, Public Information, and Relations with Religious Communities.
The searchable data dates back to 2015.
